Edge to Edge (E2E) Quilting
At The Quilt Connection, E2E quilting is not computerised quilting (I wish!). However, I am aided by the laser light on my machine which enables me to follow a continuous lined design on a pattern called a pantograph, and work that design across a quilt from one side edge to the other. This same pattern is repeated usually in interlocking waves throughout the quilt thereby giving an end result of all over and evenly spread quilting.
I have a large number of E2E patterns available and you may select the one you consider most suits the design and theme of your quilt.
E2E need not be an imposing way to quilt a quilt. In fact, with the right choice of design and thread colour, the effect can be very pleasing even on the most traditional quilt. The added bonus of choosing this form of quilting is that it is faster and more economical than custom quilting. (See Machine Quilting Services Pricing for more information.)
